Calibration machines of this type are used to calibrate internal wind tunnel balance or multi component force transducers up to six components. The implemented software does loadings and data acquisition automatically according to preset load tables. The evaluation software can calculate an evaluation matrix taking up to 6x96 interactions into account.
The second generation machine was developed by the Institute of Fluid Mechanics and Aerodynamics at the Technical University of Darmstadt by Dr.Ing. Klaus Hufnagel. This design was optimized for customer specific requirements by GenericTest and sold to different customers.
The construction, the 3D models, all calculations and drawings for the calibration machine production were created by DASKERNTEAM GbR 64397 Modautal, Germany.
